Led by Pastor Monica Little alongside a special team of women, Deborah’s Council empowers the women of Impact Assembly Outreach Center and reaches into the Troutman and Mooresville communities — building fellowship and camaraderie across racial barriers, in alignment with the multicultural heart of our church.
