Awaken
Stirring a generation to spiritual alertness — awakening young leaders to who they are in Christ and to the prophetic destiny over their lives.
Ministries/A Ministry Initiative of IAOC
Building the next wave.
A movement-driven coalition equipping the next generation of Kingdom leaders — college students and young professionals ages 20–35 — awakened, aligned for purpose, and deployed for impact.
Our Mission
Awaken. Align. Deploy.
We exist to awaken, align, and deploy the next generation of leaders into spiritual influence, marketplace leadership, and cultural transformation. We believe the future of the Kingdom is being written by those who are awake, aligned for purpose, and deployed for impact.
Who It's For
College students and young professionals, ages 20–35 — a misidentified generation discovering its prophetic destiny.
Like Daniel in Babylon, this generation is called to carry conviction into culture — excellent in spirit, rooted in God, and unshaken in every arena they enter.
The Pathway
Three movements. One generation deployed.
Align
Aligning hearts and lives with purpose — bringing identity, calling, and character into agreement with God's design for Kingdom influence.
Deploy
Deploying leaders into spiritual influence, marketplace leadership, and cultural transformation — sent ones carrying the Kingdom into every sphere.
How We Gather
Summits, roundtables, and content for the movement.
Summits & Intensives
Gatherings built for encounter and equipping — concentrated moments where young leaders are awakened, challenged, and commissioned.
Leadership Roundtables
Rooms where emerging leaders sharpen one another — real conversations about faith, leadership, culture, and calling.
The Awakening Series
Teaching and media content that speaks the language of this generation while calling it to a higher standard of Kingdom living.
Movement Apparel
Apparel that speaks of Kingdom influence and spiritual authority — from streetwear to executive-meets-creative, every piece designed for impact.
